An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 has occurred in Kyrgyzstan, with tremors felt in two regions of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Republican Center for Seismic Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan.

The tremors were registered on September 12 at 14:47. The epicenter was located on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the Jalal-Abad region.

The magnitude of the earthquake was 3.9, with a focal depth of 16 kilometers. The coordinates of the epicenter are 41.25 degrees north latitude and 72.22 degrees east longitude.

On the territory of Uzbekistan, the tremors were felt in the Andijan and Namangan regions. Their intensity was 2 points.

In the Andijan region, the earthquake was felt at a distance of 49 kilometers from the epicenter, and in the Namangan region, at 55 kilometers.

The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent was 251 kilometers in a southeasterly direction.
