The second "Slavic Caravan" freight train arrived in Uzbekistan in seven days.

The second "Slavic Caravan" freight train, carrying goods from Belarus, has arrived in Uzbekistan. The 44-car train traveled from Orsha-Vostochnaya station to Chukursay station in seven days.

This shipment is part of agreements reached at the highest level. The Belarusian side confirmed that shipments will be made weekly.

The cargo from the arriving train will be distributed among the stations of Akhtachy, Roustan, Nazarbek, and Kakir. The cargo includes lumber, sugar, board materials, and consumer goods.

Direct deliveries have allowed businesses to cut logistics costs almost in half, ensure inventory stability, and eliminate expensive air freight. This route is becoming permanent.

As a reminder, the first train of the "Slavic Caravan" project departed from Orsha on July 30, carrying timber, food products, and chemical products.
