According to Deadline, Prince Harry's wife, Meghan Markle, is in preliminary talks regarding her potential role in the third season of Guy Ritchie's Netflix series "The Gentlemen."
The publication notes that "talks are in the very early stages and are still hypothetical, as the series has not yet been officially renewed for a third season—its second season begins on September 3. A specific role for the Duchess has also not yet been determined."
"The Gentlemen" is a television spin-off of Guy Ritchie's film of the same name. The plot revolves around Eddie, who, after inheriting a vast estate from his aristocratic father, becomes the new Duke of Halstead. He soon discovers that the estate is home to Europe's largest marijuana farm, owned by the legendary Mickey Pearson—the protagonist of Ritchie's film. Markle and Prince Harry already have a deal with Netflix, which includes the documentary "Harry and Meghan" and the show "With Love, Meghan." The Duchess will also soon appear in the Amazon MGM Studios film "Close Personal Friends."
The Telegraph previously reported that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry plan to return to England at the end of August. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with their children, intend to move to a non-royal residence outside London. After the move, Meghan Markle may resume her acting career.
