An information exchange system called InfoCards has been introduced between the Central Bank, commercial banks, payment organizations, and payment system operators, the regulator's press service reported.

The new system allows for the prompt determination of which law enforcement agency blocked a bank card, when, and for what reason in the event that it is blocked.

From now on, citizens will not be required to additionally contact the Central Bank for this purpose. It is sufficient for the cardholder to contact their servicing commercial bank. The bank will identify the relevant information through the InfoCards system and provide an explanation regarding the blocking of the card.

This system serves to simplify the process of reviewing citizens' appeals, reduce unnecessary hassle, and increase speed and transparency in using banking services.
