The historical part of Bukhara will be closed to scooters, mopeds, and horses

Starting October 1, restrictions on the movement of electric scooters, electric mopeds, mopeds, and several other types of transport will be introduced in the historical part of Bukhara. The ban will also apply to rickshaws, four-wheeled bicycles, go-karts, as well as travel on horses and camels.

The restrictions will be in effect in the area from the Ark Fortress through the Poi-Kalyan ensemble and Khakikat Street to Lyabi-Khauz. Appropriate road signs and indicators will be installed at the entrances and exits of the designated zone.
