The agenda of the "Global Talent Forum" international forum, taking place on October 29-30 in Samarkand, includes topics such as directing the knowledge and experience of youth toward the country's development and expanding international cooperation.

The main partner of the forum, organized by the "El-yurt Umidi" Foundation under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU), and its strategic partner is the "Uzbekistan’s Club" international non-governmental non-profit organization. MKBANK, "Xalq Banki" JSC, "Agrobank" JSCB, "Uzbekistan Airways" JSC, and "PEPSI" are also partners of the forum.

Representatives from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Council of Higher Education of Turkey, the Institute of International Education (IIE), the "Bolashak" program, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the British Council, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and Education USA are also participating in the conference.

According to data from the "El-yurt Umidi" Foundation, nearly 500 young people were awarded the Presidential Scholarship in three open competitions held in 2025-2026. 80 percent of them were admitted to the world's Top-100 universities. The forum also places special emphasis on the results of such educational programs, the opportunities to utilize the knowledge and experience of youth who studied abroad in Uzbekistan, as well as the role of international organizations, educational institutions, and financial institutions in preparing qualified specialists.

The forum program includes a session dedicated to the role of financial institutions in developing human capital, dialogues on cooperation prospects for the coming decade, and meetings with employers. In these meetings, the demand for specialists in the labor market, high-demand skills, and the necessary conditions for the employment and professional growth of young people will be the main topics.

On October 30, as part of the program, the "El-yurt Umidi" Foundation's "Samarkand Tea Time" meeting will also take place. During the event, participants will share their professional experience and initiatives.
