The first foreign analogue of the MFC for Russians will open in Tashkent
In Tashkent, on the basis of the "Russian House", preparations are underway to launch the first center outside of Russia where Russians will be able to receive government services in the MFC (Multifunctional Center) format.
This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Grigorenko, at the "Digital Solutions" forum. In particular, it will be possible to obtain a SNILS (insurance number of an individual personal account) and an electronic signature at the center. The project is being implemented as part of a support program for Russian citizens residing abroad. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rossotrudnichestvo, and other Russian agencies are participating in the pilot project.
In the coming months, a similar location is expected to open in Kazakhstan. In the future, foreign citizens will also be able to use these centers.
Uzbekistan is among the countries where pilot access to the Russian "Gosuslugi" (State Services) portal has been launched for Russian citizens located abroad.
