Marat Hamdamov was previously detained under procedural rules.
This criminal case was initiated on November 1 by the Investigation Department of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department under Article 168 (Fraud) and Article 192 (Abuse of powers) of the Criminal Code.
It is reported that "Imarat Development" LLC failed to hand over the apartments designated for construction to customers within the deadlines specified in the contract.
Additionally, buyers stated that although one of the company's projects was being implemented in the Quyi Chirchiq district of the Tashkent region, it was presented as if it were located in the capital.
