A criminal case has been initiated against the leadership of "Imarat Development"
After it became known that the promised new houses in the capital were actually being built in the Quyichirchiq district of Tashkent region, buyers demanded a refund for the apartments. The investigative actions have been taken under the control of the head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs.
Criminal case initiated against the management of "Imarat Development"
The Investigation Department of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case against the management of the "Imarat Development" Limited Liability Company (LLC), located on Buyuk Avlod Street in the Sergeli district.
According to the press service of the department, a group of citizens filed an application with law enforcement agencies, expressing distrust regarding the activities of this LLC and requesting that legal action be taken against the company's management.
During the investigation conducted by the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs, it was revealed that after it became known that the new housing promised to be built in the capital was actually being constructed in the Quyi Chirchiq district of the Tashkent region, buyers expressed dissatisfaction and demanded their money back. However, the payments were not refunded.
Regarding this situation, the Investigation Department under the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under the signs of two articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
Article 168 ("Fraud");
Article 192-11 ("Abuse of powers by officials of a non-governmental commercial or other non-governmental organization").
The investigative actions have been taken under the control of the head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office. It was emphasized that a legal decision will be ensured based on the results of the investigation.
