On September 3, DUBANYA — the first premium Russian bathhouse in Samarkand — opened in the Silk Road Samarkand international tourist complex.

The DUBANYA brand was created in 2022 in Dubai and became the first Russian bathhouse in the Middle East. Since its opening, the bathhouse has been visited by many celebrity guests, including members of the UAE royal family, famous athletes, and representatives of the international business community. Combining authentic bathing traditions with world-class service standards, the project gained recognition among local residents, expats, and fans of bathhouse culture. Now, the brand is entering the market of Uzbekistan, maintaining the same level of service and attention to detail.

DUBANYA at Silk Road Samarkand includes two fully private bath zones — Karavan and Saray, which can be rented for groups. Each is designed for a group of up to 10 guests; if necessary, they can be combined into a single complex for 20 people. Each bathhouse features a steam room, a relaxation area with a hayloft, a space for contrast procedures with plunge pools, a snow generator, and bucket showers, as well as a massage room. Guests also have access to additional services — individual steam sessions, scrubs, and massages — allowing them to tailor the bath program to the requests and preferences of each individual.

DUBANYA is a modern interpretation of the traditional Russian bathhouse: natural wood and stone are used in the design, while warm, soft light and minimalist design create an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort, combining modern solutions with recognizable elements of the traditional bathhouse.

In addition to renting private bath spaces, DUBANYA also offers the Social Banya format — a traditional visit to a public bathhouse with an admission ticket.
