Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated students and teachers on Knowledge Day

Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated students, teachers and parents on the Day of Knowledge. The President wished that the new academic year would be a year of new educational upsurge in the entire education system.

The President's congratulatory message noted that in recent years, as a result of reforms in the field of education, the schools of New Uzbekistan have acquired a new look and the quality of education is improving. It was noted that educated, intelligent and ambitious young people studying in schools, lyceums, technical schools and universities are the "golden fund" of the country.

The Head of State stated that priority will be given to the development of the education sector in the future. It was announced that "Professional Towns" would be established in the regions so that young people graduating from school, along with solid knowledge, would acquire at least one modern profession, and modern experience and advanced specialists would be attracted to them.

“My dear children, the key that opens the doors to a happy and prosperous life for you, the solution to complex questions that arise on your life path, the guarantee of overcoming trials and hardships is only knowledge, knowledge and knowledge,” the congratulatory message says.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev called on young people to master new science, ideas and innovations, professions, their native language, history and culture, and to study world history and foreign languages. He wished students to start the new academic year with excellent grades, successfully complete the quarters, good health, good luck and victory.
