"Servicemen" only on paper: five people obtained a loan of 428.8 million soums using forged certificates
In the Kuva district of the Fergana region, five people who did not have official employment obtained a loan of 428.8 million soums. To do this, they used forged documents regarding employment and income.
As reported by the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the documents indicated that they allegedly served in a military unit of the National Guard. In reality, they were not officially employed there.
The forged employment contracts and salary certificates were submitted to a branch of a commercial bank in the Kuva district. Based on these documents, they were issued a loan.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Articles 168 (fraud) and 228 of the Criminal Code.
