Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva met with Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China.

Saida Mirziyoyeva described the talks as being held in an open and friendly atmosphere. She emphasized that the strategic partnership between the two countries is reaching a new level, opening new horizons for bilateral relations.

The meeting participants reviewed the current state of cooperation in key areas. In particular, they touched upon trade and economic ties, investment cooperation, and cultural exchange between Uzbekistan and China.

Particular attention was paid to the global agenda. The parties discussed developing common approaches to pressing international issues.

Saida Mirziyoyeva expressed gratitude to Wang Yi for the productive and frank exchange of views.
