**Saida Mirziyoyeva met with the head of the Chinese parliament**

Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva met with Zhao Leji, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China.

Mirziyoyeva wrote about the meeting on her Telegram channel: "During the conversation, which took place in a cordial spirit, we discussed the strengthening of relations between Uzbekistan and China in recent years as a result of the consistent and fruitful dialogue of the leaders of our states. Inter-parliamentary dialogue is also reaching a new level."

She highly appreciated the support of the Chinese side and its desire to jointly implement specific projects in the areas of transport, trade, education and culture. "We have many joint plans ahead of us, and the main task is to consistently implement them," Mirziyoyeva noted.
