Russians began mass purchasing air tickets to Uzbekistan in the fall

Uzbekistan became the leader in terms of the growth in the share of airline ticket bookings in the fall.

Russian tourists have begun to actively purchase air tickets to Uzbekistan for the autumn season of 2026. This was reported by the Tutu travel service in a report submitted to the editorial office of Lenta.

Uzbekistan took the lead in the increase in the share of autumn air ticket bookings, showing an increase of 5.2 percentage points. Turkey took second place, followed by Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia. At the same time, a decrease in the share of air ticket bookings to Belarus and Kazakhstan was observed.

The largest increase in the number of hotel payments in the autumn of 2026 was recorded in China (an increase of 4.2 percentage points). Uzbekistan is in second place with a result of 3.2 percent. However, in terms of hotel bookings, Belarus, Abkhazia, and Turkey remain leaders, as in 2025.
