Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife Georgina Rodriguez signed a prenuptial agreement the day before their wedding, which provides for the separate management of property. This was reported by the Jornal de Notícias newspaper.
According to the source, the agreement was formalized on August 10 at a notary office in Lisbon. According to the document, the couple chose a separate property regime.
According to this regime, each party retains the property that belonged to them before the marriage, as well as the property acquired in their own name after the marriage. If they buy any property together, this property can be considered the common property of both parties.
For information, Ronaldo and Rodriguez got married secretly on August 11 in Cascais, Portugal. Ronaldo and Rodriguez met in Madrid in 2016. At that time, Georgina worked as a saleswoman in a Gucci store. Today, the couple has two daughters, Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda. In total, they are raising five children. Three more children - Cristiano Jr. and twins Mateo and Eva - were born with the help of surrogacy.
