Rights to create a square and parking lots in two districts of Tashkent to be put up for auction

In Tashkent, three land plots are intended to be transferred to private partners for the development of a square and parking lots. The projects will be implemented in the format of a public-private partnership, and the rights to conclude the relevant agreements will be put up for electronic auction.

One of the plots is located in the Yunusabad district, in the "Kashkar" mahalla on Istiklol Street. It is planned to create a square and a parking lot there. The starting price for the right to conclude the PPP agreement will be 514.2 million soums.

Two more plots are located in the Chilanzar district. One of them is in the "Katta Dombrobod" mahalla on Gavkhar Street, and the second is in the "Beshkurgan" mahalla on Bunyodkor Avenue. Both plots are designated for the organization of parking lots.

The rights to implement the projects on these two plots will be put up as a single lot with a starting price of 932.9 million soums.

The decision to implement the projects was made by the khokim of Tashkent on September 14. According to the document, the first object must be put up for auction on the E-auksion platform within 10 days, and the other two within 15 days.

JSC Toshkent Invest has been designated as the public partner for the projects. The funds received under the PPP agreements will be directed to the Tashkent Development Fund under the khokimiyat.

Following the auctions, public-private partnership agreements will be concluded with the winners. Monitoring of their implementation will be carried out by Toshkent Invest.
