"Real" loses goalkeeper ahead of "El Clasico"

Thibaut Courtois has caught the flu. Instead of him, 19-year-old Ukrainian goalkeeper Ilya Voloshyn has been included in the team's squad.

Real Madrid and Belgium national team goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will miss the match against Barcelona in Matchday 10 of the Spanish Championship.

According to the report, the goalkeeper fell ill with the flu ahead of the game.

In his place, 19-year-old Ukrainian goalkeeper Ilya Voloshyn has been included in the team squad.

The match between Barcelona and Real will take place on October 26 at the Spotify Camp Nou stadium. The game will start at 01:00 AM Tashkent time.

Currently, Barcelona leads the championship standings with 27 points after 9 games. Real is in 3rd place with 21 points.
