Protests continue in front of the UN
As presidents and politicians from around the world spoke at the UN's high rostrum this week, protests were held in front of the organization's headquarters in New York. According to Kun.uz's correspondent in the US, those gathered numbered in the thousands, and they were mostly against Israel. The protests intensified even more, especially on the day Netanyahu spoke.

The streets leading to the UN headquarters in New York were completely closed to the public before the start of the event. Even bridges, tunnels, and public transport were not operating. Only those with permits had the right to enter and exit. On the street opposite the headquarters, thousands of people have been holding protest rallies for five days. They are mainly demonstrating against Israel and condemning Netanyahu.
On this particular day, the number of people gathered was even larger. They carried signs reading "Death to Netanyahu," "Someone stop him," "Massacre of Muslims," and "Butcher of children." Along with Netanyahu, Trump was also harshly condemned.
The protests were not only against Israel, but also against China and Iran. Those gathered demanded restrictions on the communist regime in China and the current regime in Iran.
Many condemned Israeli violence against Palestine and called for the creation of a free Palestinian state, supporting Palestinian statehood. They held signs and Palestinian flags in their hands.
To ensure the peaceful conduct of the protests, a large number of New York police officers were on guard.
