President of Uzbekistan awarded the Order of the Republic of Serbia
As part of the program of events in Belgrade, a ceremony was held to award Shavkat Mirziyoyev with the highest state award of Serbia – the Order of the Republic of Serbia on a Large Chain.
President of Uzbekistan Awarded the Order of the Republic of Serbia
The head of state received the order for his outstanding contribution to strengthening the multifaceted Uzbek-Serbian relations. The award was presented to him by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
The leader of Uzbekistan, expressing deep gratitude for the high honor, noted that he perceives it as a sign of the Serbian people's deep respect for Uzbekistan, strengthening friendship, and a firm commitment to the further development of bilateral relations.
The Order of the Republic of Serbia is awarded to prominent foreign figures for their outstanding contribution to strengthening peace, cooperation, and mutual understanding between nations, as well as to the development of friendly ties with the republic.
