Pakistan's Imarat Group may participate in projects in New Tashkent

Issues of establishing the participation of Pakistan's major construction company, Imarat Group, in large-scale real estate and complex development investment projects in the territory of New Tashkent were discussed. This was reported by the Dunyo Information Agency.

According to reports, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, Alisher Tukhtaev, held negotiations with the head of the construction company in that country, Akbar Shafique. The meeting was organized to ensure the implementation of tasks set during an open dialogue conducted by Shavkat Mirziyoyev with investors and entrepreneurs on the implementation of the New Tashkent project, and to attract Pakistan's major development companies to this project.

The Pakistani investor was offered to implement a multi-purpose construction project in this area. The project includes modern residential complexes, Grade-A office spaces, retail and food service facilities, hotel and conference centers, as well as modern public spaces.

Imarat Group's experience in implementing digital technologies in the real estate sector was noted as a promising area. In this regard, the company was invited to explore opportunities for implementing the construction project, as well as introducing real estate management, sales, and digital customer service systems in New Tashkent in the future.

During the discussions, it was agreed to organize a visit of the Imarat Group delegation to Uzbekistan and to move the preliminary discussion phase to the stage of forming a specific investment concept.

Imarat Group is one of Pakistan's major corporate groups operating in the real estate and construction sectors. As part of its operations, the company combines real estate, architecture and design, the hotel business, construction materials, real estate sales and management, and digital real estate technologies into a single ecosystem.
