Pakistan company plans to build houses in New Tashkent

Pakistan's "Izhar Group" company may construct modern residential complexes in the territory of New Tashkent city. This issue was discussed during negotiations between Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Pakistan Alisher Tukhtaev and the head of the company, Umar Izhar.

During the meeting, the company's experience in development and its international projects were presented. According to Umar Izhar, "Izhar Group" pays special attention to the construction of modern residential complexes consisting of cottages and villas.

The parties reviewed the possibilities of applying the company's experience gained in Turkey and other countries in the process of constructing New Tashkent city. In particular, cooperation mechanisms were discussed that would allow the investor to start construction without spending large funds to purchase land in the initial phase of the project and to carry out work step by step.

It is reported that the total area of the New Tashkent project is 20 thousand hectares. In the first phase, it is planned to develop an area of 6 thousand hectares and implement projects worth almost 50 billion dollars.

The negotiations also covered technical and legal requirements related to the implementation of investment projects, financing, taxation, land allocation, as well as mortgage and leasing opportunities.

At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize a visit of the "Izhar Group" delegation to Uzbekistan and to hold meetings of the company's representatives with relevant ministries and agencies.
