On September 6, due to the holding of the "Tashkent International Half Marathon", the movement of vehicles will be temporarily restricted on a number of central streets of the capital. The restrictions will be in effect from 00:00 to 12:00.

In connection with the 35th anniversary of the state independence of Uzbekistan, the "Tashkent International Half Marathon" mass running competition will be organized in the capital on September 6.
In order to ensure the safety of event participants and maintain traffic order, traffic will be temporarily restricted on the following streets and roads from 00:00 to 12:00 on September 6:
- Islam Karimov Street — from Furkat Street to Sharaf Rashidov Avenue;
- Sharaf Rashidov Avenue — from Afrosiyob Street to Islam Karimov Street;
- Afrosiyob Street — from Islam Karimov Street to Oybek Street;
- Oybek Street — from Afrosiyob Street to Nukus Street;
- Nukus Street — from Oybek Street to Abdulla Qodiriy Street;
- Abdulla Qodiriy Street — from Nukus Street to Hamidulla Oripov Street;
- Hamidulla Oripov Street — from Abdulla Qodiriy Street to Mustaqillik Avenue;
- Mustaqillik Avenue — from Mirzo Ulugbek Avenue to Amir Temur Square;
- Roads around Amir Temur Square — up to Bukhara and Shahrisabz streets;
- Alisher Navoiy Street — from Shahrisabz Street to Furkat Street;
- Botir Zokirov Street — from Alisher Navoiy Street to Afrosiyob Street;
- The section of Oqchi Street adjacent to Botir Zokirov Street.
Additionally, in the event of an increase in the number of half-marathon participants and spectators, traffic may also be temporarily restricted on some other roads adjacent to these areas as necessary.
Drivers are advised to plan their trips in advance, use alternative routes during the restrictions, and follow road signs and instructions from responsible officers.
