On September 27, Coffee Rave was held on the territory of the San’at residential complex in partnership with NRG-BI and Costa Coffee. The event demonstrated a harmony of electronic music, coffee, gastronomy, and modern architecture. It was attended by about 120 guests. Coffee Rave was the first collaboration experience of this format between a developer and a coffee brand for NRG-BI and Costa Coffee. The idea of the project is aimed at creating a new scenario of urban leisure, where the usual coffee culture goes beyond the boundaries of a coffee shop and blends with music, communication, and the architectural environment of the residential complex.
The musical program of the evening was presented by DJ Safronov, DJ Zoff, and DJ Zackee. During the event, guests had the opportunity to enjoy DJ sets, socialize, get acquainted with the San’at territory, drink coffee from Costa Coffee, and spend time in an informal atmosphere. The venue itself also became an integral part of the concept. Instead of a traditional club or restaurant area, Coffee Rave was held directly on the territory of the residential complex. In this way, the architecture of San’at became part of the event itself and its atmosphere. The event brought together about 120 people.
Among the guests were young people, families, and residents of the company's other residential complexes. Such a composition of the audience showed that this format is interesting for people with different lifestyles. The event became not only a musical program, but also an open space for communication and new acquaintances.
Following the results of Coffee Rave, the organizers received positive feedback from the guests. Coffee Rave became a new format at the intersection of development and lifestyle culture: for one day, the residential complex became not just a place to live, but a space for a new urban experience.
