New personnel appointments in Tashkent. Who will head the city's structures?

Tashkent has seen new personnel changes in several city departments.

Umidjon Asatullaev has been appointed head of the Tashkent city branch of the Agency for Management Efficiency under the President of Uzbekistan. He previously served as deputy head of this branch. Asatullaev is a graduate of the Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Ahror Ashrafkhanov has been appointed director of the Tashkent city territorial branch of the Regional Electric Networks joint-stock company. He received his education at the Beruni Tashkent State Technical University, the Tashkent State University of Economics, and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Uzbekistan, specializing in electric power engineering and accounting. Since 2004, Ashrafkhanov has held various positions at the Tashkent City Electric Networks joint-stock company and its divisions.

Bekzod Bakhromov has been appointed head of the Tashkent City Department of Culture. He graduated from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and the Batyr Zakirov National Institute of Pop Arts and is a laureate of the Nihol State Prize. Since 2021, Bakhromov has held senior positions in the Tashkent City Department of Culture.

Shukurullo Israilov has been appointed Deputy Head of the Tashkent City Department of Culture. He graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies and the Tashkent State University of Economics. Prior to this appointment, Israilov, an international relations specialist awarded the Dustlik Order and the Madaniyat va Sanat badge, worked at the state-owned Uzbekconcert.
