Mandatory requirements for entrepreneurs will be included in a single register
The new law regulates the requirements for entrepreneurs. The issue of liability for obligations not included in the register is also changing

Mandatory requirements for entrepreneurs are included in the unified register.
Law No. О‘RQ–1168 of August 17 introduced amendments and additions to certain legislative acts related to entrepreneurial activity.
In accordance with the Law "On Guarantees of Freedom of Entrepreneurial Activity", entrepreneurs have the right to connect to and use energy sources in accordance with the procedure established by law.
It was also determined that draft regulatory documents establishing new obligations, requirements, prohibitions, responsibilities or other restrictions for entrepreneurs will be discussed with the participation of entrepreneurs and their associations.
The activities of a business entity may be suspended upon its application, and by regulatory authorities for a period of no more than 10 working days.
If the period of suspension of activities exceeds 10 working days, this measure may be applied by the court for a period of no more than 6 months.
The law introduces a mechanism for the state to enter all mandatory requirements established in regulatory and technical documents for the implementation of entrepreneurial activities into a single register. The register of mandatory requirements is entered by authorized state bodies and organizations in the relevant areas.
The Ministry of Justice is designated as the operator of the Register of Mandatory Requirements. This will create an opportunity for entrepreneurs to view the mandatory requirements imposed on them in a single system.
One of the noteworthy aspects is that business entities will not be held liable for failure to comply with requirements not included in the register.
The law will enter into force three months after the date of its official publication.
