"Manchester City" is "eyeballing" the "Chelsea" winger

Manchester City are interested in signing Chelsea winger Pedro Neto, but the London club are not willing to lower their asking price for the 26-year-old Portuguese, which could complicate the transfer negotiations.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City are planning to offer a significantly lower price for Neto than Chelsea are asking for. The Blues are adamant that they will not sell the player for a cheap price.

If the transfer goes through, Neto could reunite with Enso Maresca at Manchester City. The Portuguese previously played under the Italian at Chelsea. His current contract with the London club runs until the summer of 2031.

Transfermarkt values Neto at €60 million. Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are also said to be interested in the player. There is currently no official transfer agreement between Manchester City and Chelsea.
