On October 13, at the 1st International Commercial Real Estate and Retail Forum UzMall 2026, the multifunctional complex ETÉRA — a new project by MANAR Development — was presented. Dmitry Burlov, CEO of the consulting company "Magazin Magazinov", spoke about the project.

As Dmitry Burlov noted, the ETÉRA concept was chosen after a detailed analysis of the urban environment and the population growth rate of the capital. The complex is being constructed at the intersection of Abdulla Kadiri and Istikbol streets. Currently, about 500,000 people live within a ten-minute accessibility zone from it. According to expert estimates, by 2030, thanks to active development, the population in this area will increase by more than 50%.
"The name of the project refers to the concept of timeless values. The complex itself is conceived as one of the flagship points of attraction for retail and business life in the rapidly developing capital," Dmitry Burlov noted.
The total area of the complex will be 35,000 m². Of this, 20,000 m² will be occupied by the ETÉRA Mall shopping and entertainment center with a two-story underground parking lot for 350 car spaces.
Stores of premium brands and a grocery supermarket will open on the first floor. The second floor will be allocated for stores with goods for the whole family, and the third for sports and children's goods stores. The fourth floor will house a gastronomic area with an area of 5,000 m² and a family entertainment park.
In addition to the shopping center, ETÉRA will include a business center with an area of more than 9,000 m² and premium-class apartments.
An international team of experts is working on the ETÉRA project: the developer MANAR Development, the strategic partner for concept development and brokerage — the "Magazin Magazinov" company, as well as CMWP.
Last week, following a public opinion poll, ETÉRA Mall was recognized as the most anticipated shopping and entertainment center in the capital.
The opening of the ETÉRA complex is scheduled for the fall of 2027.
