A third person has now been charged after three ship workers were assaulted.
Preston Stabb, from Shirehampton in Bristol, was re-arrested on Wednesday and charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and common assault.
The 18-year-old is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The ship workers, who are from the Philippines, suffered serious injuries in an incident on Richmond Terrace, near Avonmouth Docks, on 31 July, with one still in a critical condition in hospital. Another man is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court on Friday.

Kurtis Ranklin, 45, from Southmead, was remanded in custody after being charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent in August.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm in relation to a man who is no longer in hospital.
A 39-year-old woman remains on conditional bail after being arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Two other men, aged 19 and 28, have been released without charge after previously being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Speaking in August, Det Insp Kate Bettel from Avon and Somerset Police said: "At the centre of this investigation there is a man who remains critically ill in hospital, and we are doing all we can to provide his family with as much information as we can."
The incident is being treated as a suspected hate crime.
