Lemon exports from Uzbekistan increased 2.2 times

In the first half of this year, Uzbekistan exported 4.1 thousand tons of lemons worth $4.2 million. This is 2.2 times more than in the same period last year. The main markets are Kazakhstan and Russia.

Uzbekistan's lemon exports increased by 2.2 times.

According to the National Statistics Committee, in the period from January to June 2026, Uzbekistan exported a total of 4.1 thousand tons of lemons abroad. The total value of these exports amounted to $ 4.2 million.

It is noted that this volume of lemon exports increased by 2.2 times compared to the same period in 2025.

The countries that imported the most Uzbek lemons during these six months are:

* Kazakhstan - 2.3 thousand tons;

* Russia - 1.7 thousand tons;

* Kyrgyzstan - 163.7 tons;

* Afghanistan - 18 tons;

* United Arab Emirates - 2.4 tons;

* Other countries - 3 tons.
