Laboratory aircraft to fly over Tashkent for several days

A laboratory aircraft will fly in the sky of Tashkent for several days.
Starting from August 20, regular flight inspections will be carried out over the city of Tashkent using the "Avion Laboratory" aircraft.
According to the "Uzaeronavigatsiya" center, this is the next scheduled inspection, which is carried out in accordance with the current regulatory documents of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the civil aviation of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure the compliance of radio equipment with the established requirements and the safe and regular flight of aircraft. These works will be carried out using the "Avia Navigatsiya" company's Diamond laboratory aircraft.
These scheduled flights will last several days. During the inspection, aircraft can fly over the capital at an altitude of about 1,000 meters in various directions and maneuvers for up to 6 hours. They can fly over the same area several times and perform maneuvers that are different from usual.
The center said in a statement that "these flights are part of a scheduled inspection process and there is no reason for concern."
In April, Uzbekistan established the "Avion" airline, which specializes in performing special tasks. It was established by the "Uzaeronavigatsiya" center and specializes in checking and calibrating radio equipment and light and signal equipment at airfields.
That month, the first radio equipment inspection was carried out at the Fergana airfield using the Diamond laboratory aircraft.
