This year, the EMBRAS international award brought together 34 companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Israel. It featured 73 projects across nine nominations. The initiatives were evaluated by an independent international jury comprising 29 experts from 25 countries. The awards were presented in nominations covering various areas of employee management, corporate culture, and social responsibility.

The international jury highly praised Kapitalbank's systematic approach to creating an inclusive environment. As part of the "Equal Opportunities" project, more than 2,000 bank employees participated in special training sessions. The acquired knowledge and skills serve to improve the quality of service for customers with disabilities, making bank products and services even more accessible and easy to use.

"Winning this award on the international stage is an important confirmation that Kapitalbank's social initiatives are bringing real benefits to society. Developing financial inclusion and creating equal opportunities for everyone is not just an important part of our corporate culture, but also our conscious contribution to the inclusive future of Uzbekistan," said Oksana Lindina, Advisor to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSCB Kapitalbank.

Kapitalbank is being awarded at the EMBRAS international awards for the second time. In 2025, the bank took first place in the "Innovations" category. At that time, the bank presented the Kapital People mobile application designed for employee training and professional development, as well as an AI-powered training course creation system.

The EMBRAS 2026 award once again showed that the region's leading companies pay special attention to social projects that serve to improve people's quality of life. This achievement of Kapitalbank emphasizes that the bank has a worthy place not only in the financial sector, but also in the fields of sustainable development and social responsibility.

EMBRAS (Employer Brand Award & Summit) is an international award in HR branding that recognizes best practices in employee management, corporate social responsibility, and corporate culture development.
