Iskander Buildings completed the construction of Mavrid 10 months ahead of schedule
The construction of the Mavrid project, located in the Sergeli district of Tashkent, was completed by Iskander Buildings 10 months ahead of the schedule specified in the contract. On September 18, an event dedicated to this achievement took place on the project territory, with the participation of clients, partners, and media representatives.

Mavrid is Iskander Buildings' first project in Tashkent. The complex consists of 3 blocks and 299 apartments.
According to the contract, the construction of Mavrid was supposed to be completed by the end of June 2027. However, in practice, the construction work was completed in September 2026, which is 10 months ahead of the set deadline.
Iskander Buildings expressed this result with the idea of "+10 months". For the company, this number represents not only a difference in the construction schedule, but also the time saved for the client.
Currently, construction work in the Mavrid complex has been completed, and the process of registering cadastre documents is beginning. Once this process is finished, the apartments will be handed over to the clients in accordance with the established procedure.
In the Mavrid project, along with the apartments, the general living environment of the complex was also taken into account. A landscaped courtyard, playgrounds, sports and recreation areas have been built in the territory.
A bookshelf has also been installed in the territory of the complex for the residents to use. This is one of the small initiatives created for reading in the common areas of Mavrid.
At the event held on September 18, Mavrid clients also got closely acquainted with the final appearance of the complex.
