It has been revealed that an unauthorized structure was built on the territory adjacent to a multi-story building in Tashkent
In the Shaykhontohur district of Tashkent, an unauthorized structure built on the territory adjacent to a multi-story building is being forcibly demolished by court order. This was reported by the capital's regional inspection for control in the field of construction and housing and communal services.
It is reported that during the study of an appeal by property owners living in a multi-story building in the "Qoratosh" neighborhood, it was established that a citizen had built a structure on the territory adjacent to the building without authorization in the prescribed manner.
Regarding this situation, the citizen was issued a mandatory written instruction to remove the structure within a specified period. However, since the requirements of the instruction were not met, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the citizen, and a lawsuit was filed in court.
Based on the court decision, work is currently underway to forcibly demolish the unauthorized structure.
Earlier, it was reported that an unauthorized house built on irrigated agricultural land in the Denov district of the Surxondaryo region was demolished.
On August 8, reports spread on social networks that the home of a citizen was being demolished by employees of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement without warning. During the investigation, it was established that this action was carried out on the basis of an enforcement document of the Denov Interdistrict Civil Court dated December 29, 2025.
After the incident, the matter was personally taken under control by the khokim of the Surxondaryo region, and Ulugbek Kosimov held a conversation with the spouses whose house was demolished. It was announced that the citizen's housing issue would not be ignored, and a new residential building would be constructed to ensure their interests.
