Is a new era of art beginning in Uzbekistan?
Technology is playing an increasingly significant role in art. Today, with the help of artificial intelligence, it is possible to create films, music, visual arts, and other creative products.

Is a new era of art beginning in Uzbekistan?
A new step has also been taken in this direction in Uzbekistan. Within the framework of the Presidential Decree No. UP-103, the Digital Art Creative Association was established.
One of the main tasks of the association is to introduce artificial intelligence and digital technologies into art and culture, develop new creative directions, and support young talents.
Rauf Nabiyev, a well-known music video director and advisor to the Minister of Culture, was appointed as the creative director of the association. Azimjon Husanov, head of the Professional Education Agency, is participating in the processes as co-leader, while the Minister of Culture, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, is involved as the responsible person from the ministry.
This is not limited to creativity alone. A Center for Digital Research is also being established under the association.
The center will study problems in art and culture, and seek opportunities to solve them using digitalization and artificial intelligence. In other words, new technologies will not just be applied, but research will also be conducted on them.
Another important direction is creating free education on modern technologies for young people.
In this process, focus will be placed on identifying young talents, involving them in real projects, and forming a professional portfolio. Subsequently, there are plans to bring talented youth into international projects and guide them toward modern professions.
A partnership has been established with Sheikh Abdal Hakim Murad (Tim Winter), Dean of the Cambridge Muslim College in London, and Dr. Belal Alabbas to create and present artificial intelligence films to be screened in the United Kingdom. Currently, work in this direction is continuing in the practical phase.
In the United Arab Emirates, an agreement was signed with Ulugbek Maksumov, head of AKSUM Holding, to create an international-level artificial intelligence film. Work on the project has already begun.
Therefore, this is not just about the creation of a new organization. The goal is to introduce artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the art of Uzbekistan, prepare young people for this field, and bring local creative projects to the international arena.
