In accordance with the resolution, main target indicators for the development of the transport and logistics system in 2026–2030 were established.
Khanabad city of Andijan region, Olot district of Bukhara region, Termez district of Surkhandarya region, and Yangiyul and Akhangaran districts of Tashkent region will specialize in the transport and logistics sector.
Terminal Management Systems (TOS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be introduced at transport and logistics centers, and they will be connected to the Ministry of Transport's "E-logistics" platform by the end of 2030.
Until 2040, transport and logistics centers will be fully exempted from land tax and property tax. For this, the center must be included in the ESCAP agreement on dry ports, implement the systems, and hold a rating of "BB" or higher on the "E-logistics" platform.
Until August 1, 2029, non-domestically produced warehouse equipment, cargo handling machinery, assemblies, and spare parts for centers included in the register of transport and logistics centers will be exempted from customs duties and mandatory certification.
According to the resolution, until December 31, 2027, enterprises manufacturing category M2, M3, and N vehicles may import components not produced in the republic without paying customs duties.
