In Uzbekistan, a 30 percent discount on tuition fees will be provided for the children of educators
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, children of educators studying in full-time undergraduate programs at state higher education institutions will be granted a 30 percent discount on the tuition fee amount. For this, applications will be submitted through kontrakt.edu.uz, and the benefit will be applied to each child individually.

On September 17, by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 501, the procedure for granting a discount on the tuition fee amount for children of educators who have been admitted to and are studying at state higher education organizations was approved.
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, a 30 percent discount on the tuition fee amount will be introduced annually for the children of educators who have been admitted to and are studying at state higher education organizations.
The discount applies to the children of educators studying in full-time undergraduate programs at state higher education organizations.
The discount:
If several children of an educator are studying at state higher education institutions on a fee-paying basis, the discount is applied separately for each child.
The children of the educator submit an application to obtain a tuition fee contract through the kontrakt.edu.uz system.
During the application review process, when the applicant's status as a child of an educator is confirmed through the interdepartmental integration platform of the "Digital Government" system, the discount is applied automatically.
Applications are reviewed by the responsible organization within 2 working days.
This discount is applied to the children of educators once per academic year.
In the event that the father or mother of the educator's children is removed from the educator category, the application of the discount to them will be discontinued starting from the next academic year.
