In Uzbekistan, 97 percent of the population over 10 years old uses the internet

In January–August 2026, the share of the population aged 10 and older using the internet in Uzbekistan reached 97.3 percent, it was reported.

This figure has increased by 20.7 percentage points compared to 2021.

The level of internet use among the population aged 10 and older has changed in recent years as follows:

2021 — 76.6 percent;

2022 — 83.9 percent;

2023 — 89 percent;

2024 — 93.3 percent;

2025 — 94.6 percent;

2026 (January-August) — 97.3 percent.
