In Uzbekistan, 137.7 trillion soums worth of food products were produced over 7 months

In January–July 2026, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced food products worth 137.7 trillion soums. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.

This figure is 8.8 percent higher compared to the corresponding period of 2025. Among the regions, the largest volume was recorded in the city of Tashkent — 22.6 trillion soums.

Tashkent region ranked second with 18.5 trillion soums, and Samarqand region ranked third with 17.6 trillion soums. In these three regions, a total of 58.7 trillion soums worth of food products were produced.

In Fergana region, 11.7 trillion soums worth of food products were produced. In Andijan region, this figure amounted to 10.5 trillion soums.

In Kashkadarya and Namangan regions, 9.1 trillion soums worth of products were produced in each, while in Bukhara region, the figure was 7.7 trillion soums.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 6.2 trillion soums, in Surxondaryo region, 5.9 trillion soums, and in Khorezm region, 5.3 trillion soums worth of food products were produced.

In Navoiy region, the volume of food production amounted to 5 trillion soums. In Jizzakh, 4.3 trillion soums, and in Syrdarya, 4.2 trillion soums worth of products were produced.
