In Turkish Antalya, a tornado destroyed two residential containers at a construction site, killing four workers and injuring another. The incident occurred in the Kepez district.

According to Anadolu, the tornado formed in the Fevzi Çakmak neighborhood amid a weather service warning of heavy rains. The vortex damaged the containers holding five workers and threw them to the side.

Two of the victims died at the scene, and two more died after being taken to the hospital. The condition of the surviving worker is assessed as satisfactory. According to other reports, five workers were killed.

According to the Governor of Antalya, Hulusi Şahin, a crane also toppled over at the same construction site, but no one was injured. The governor noted that the deaths and injuries of the workers were directly linked to the destruction of the containers, not the crane collapse.

Emergency services continue to work at the scene, checking the area for other casualties.
