In the 10 billion soum tender of "Telecom Soft", two companies located at the same address "competed" with each other

"Telecom Soft" LLC held a tender for the procurement of equipment for automated traffic rule control systems. The initial cost of the project was 10 billion 316 million soums. The Chinese company "HAC Smart Technologies" was declared the winner of the contest with a bid of 657 thousand dollars. The second participant — "HMN Smart" — was recorded as the backup winner with a price of 698 thousand dollars.

Two companies from the same address "competed" against each other in Telecom Soft's 10 billion UZS tender

"Telecom Soft" LLC held an electronic tender for the procurement of video surveillance equipment for automatic traffic control systems. The initial value of the project was set at 10 billion 316 million UZS.

According to the results of the tender, the Chinese company "HAC Smart Technologies" was named the winner with an offer of 657 thousand dollars (7.76 billion UZS). The second participant — "HMN Smart" — quoted a price of 698 thousand dollars (8.24 billion UZS) and was registered as the reserve winner. The final contract amount under the agreement was 7.76 billion UZS.

One address — two "competitors"

The head offices of the two companies mentioned above are located at the same address: MSD-B2 Building, No. 62 Second Avenue, TEDA Area, Tianjin City.

The website menus, service sections, and project portfolios of both companies are almost identical. The tender commission evaluated both enterprises as "compliant" with the requirement of "absence of conflict of interest and affiliated status."
