The citizen, while intoxicated, caught his neighbor's cat named "Simba", choked it, twisted its leg, and injured it. According to the veterinarian's conclusion, a crack was found in the animal's front left leg bone.
According to the court decision, the offender was found guilty of committing the offense provided for in Part 2 of Article 111 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Cruelty to animals). He was sentenced to 7 days of administrative detention.
