In Samarkand, an engineer of the "Energosavdo" department was detained

He, in exchange for clearing a 20 million soum fine, installing a new electricity meter, and processing its documents

An "Energosavdo" department engineer has been detained in Samarkand

An electricity grid enterprise employee was detained in the Toyloq district.

An operational event was conducted in cooperation with the Toyloq district department of the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office and other law enforcement agencies.

During the operation, P.M., an engineer of the Toyloq district department of "Energosavdo", was caught with physical evidence while receiving 500 USD in exchange for canceling a 20 million soum fine imposed on citizen M.E., installing a new electricity meter, and processing the relevant documents.

Regarding this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Articles 25 and 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are underway.
