In Navoiy, road patrol service inspectors distributed books. Why?

At first glance, observing this action of the road patrol service inspectors, we were surprised. Why are they distributing books?

"It is noteworthy that such a preventive project is being organized not only for drivers, but also in areas with high traffic flow, mainly where many pedestrians cross. During the project, pedestrians who behaved in an exemplary manner while moving, complied with the requirements of the current 'Traffic Rules', and fulfilled their obligations excellently are being rewarded with works of fiction," said Farrux Yakubov.

As it turned out, books were also distributed to moped and scooter drivers, along with special manuals prepared in cooperation with the "Vatanparvar" driving school for obtaining a category "A" driver's license.
