Women who wanted to send two girls to Turkey for prostitution arrested in Namangan

In the Namangan region, two women who wanted to send two girls to Turkey to engage in prostitution have been detained.

Two women living in the Davlatobod district, born in 1990 and 1993, gained the trust of two local girls. They planned to send the girls to the city of Antalya, Turkey, to engage in prostitution and to take half of the earnings they would make there.

The women were stopped in the Chust district while transporting the girls to the capital's airport to send them abroad via the Tashkent—Antalya route.

The woman born in 1990 had previously been convicted of committing the same type of crime.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the two women, and investigative actions are underway.
