During the investigation of a video circulated on social media, it was determined that a 5th-grade student in the Sokh district drove a Tracker vehicle belonging to his father. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the minor's father under two articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

In the Sokh district of the Fergana region, it was revealed that a 5th-grade student drove a Tracker car belonging to his father.
Reportedly, a video showing a minor driving a car circulated on social networks. Upon investigation of the situation, it was established that the vehicle was driven by a 5th-grade student of secondary school No. 11 in the Sokh district. The Tracker belonged to his father. The vehicle was placed in an impound lot in the presence of his father.
Regarding this situation, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the minor's father under Article 47 (Failure to perform duties in raising and educating children) and Part 2 of Article 135 (Driving of vehicles by persons who do not have the documents provided for by the road traffic rules) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
According to Part 2 of Article 135, a fine of 5 times the BCA (Base Calculating Amount) is set, and under Article 47, a fine ranging from 1 to 5 times the BCA is established.
Additionally, a preventive conversation was held with the child's father.
The Road Safety Department urged parents not to allow their minor children to drive cars.
As a reminder, it is being proposed in Uzbekistan to establish separate administrative liability for handing over car control to a minor.
If this leads to severe consequences, the liability will be criminal.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2025, nearly 2,500 cases of handing over car control to minors aged 14 to 16 were recorded in Uzbekistan. As a result of such incidents, 44 people died and 101 were injured.
