According to the report, the situation was identified during a monitoring process conducted by the inspection in multi-story buildings in the Muruvvat neighborhood of Fergana city. The owner blocked off various rooms in the basement and arbitrarily occupied them. He then installed a large-scale artificial pool and ran a drinking water pipe to raise fish.
Regarding this situation, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the owner, and a fine was imposed. He was also given a written instruction to vacate the basement within 15 days and restore it to its original state.
