In Angren, a patient has reportedly fallen into a coma following an injection administered without a "test"
An investigation has begun regarding reports that a 20-year-old young man fell into a coma after receiving medical assistance at a private clinic in Angren. This was announced by the Tashkent Regional Health Department.
According to information circulating on the network, the patient approached the Angren medical center private clinic in the city of Angren on July 31 of this year with symptoms of a cold. There, after an intravenous drip was administered to him without a "test", his health deteriorated and he lost consciousness.
Following this, the city emergency medical services team was called, and the young man was taken to the Angren City Central Hospital in critical condition. There, the patient underwent a tracheostomy operation. Currently, he is in the resuscitation department of the hospital. The patient's parents are dissatisfied that the private clinic is not providing sufficient financial assistance for the young man's treatment.
The Health Department stated that this situation has been taken under control, and a working group has been established by the department to conduct a comprehensive and objective study, with a departmental investigation ordered. During the investigation, the quality of medical assistance provided to the patient, the treatment process, and the causes of the situation will be studied with the participation of relevant specialists.
