How Uzbekistan is fighting corruption was presented at a UN session

The delegation of Uzbekistan participated in the 17th session dedicated to the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption, held in Vienna from August 31 to September 4 of this year.

Within the framework of the session, the delegation of Uzbekistan delivered a special presentation, informing the international community about the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption in the country, its execution, and the reforms carried out in recent years in the field of corruption prevention.

In particular, the delegation members reported that anti-corruption reforms in Uzbekistan have become irreversible, including that the work on preventing and combating corruption was raised to a new level by a Presidential document adopted on December 30, 2025, the "Digital Compliance" information and software complex was launched, and modern mechanisms for preventing corruption are being introduced in state bodies, including judicial authorities.
