How much a vacation in Dubai costs
The price of flight tickets from Tashkent to Dubai depends on the travel dates and the airline. For instance, for September 28 – October 4, the cheapest round-trip ticket will cost about 3.6 million soums. A direct flight can be found starting from 3.66 million soums, while a Uzbekistan Airways ticket for these dates costs around 4.38 million soums.
During Vera's trips, the cost of a one-way flight started at about 1.5 million soums, but during the high season, tickets are generally more expensive.
Citizens of Uzbekistan do not require a visa to travel to Dubai, and they can stay in the UAE without a visa for up to 30 days.
If you are traveling independently, it is better to arrange travel insurance in advance. A policy for 7–10 days usually costs between 70,000 and 200,000 soums, depending on the insurance company and the coverage amount. When purchasing a tour package, insurance is typically already included in the price.
In my opinion, the best time to travel is April and September: the intense heat is gone, while the sea remains warm, making it comfortable both to walk around the city and relax on the beach.
In winter, vacationing in Dubai is also pleasant, but the water may seem cool.
To save money, you can choose summer. Due to the high temperature and humidity, there are fewer tourists, so hotels are cheaper. At the same time, some seasonal attractions, such as Global Village and Dubai Miracle Garden, are closed in summer, and sandstorms occasionally occur.
